Learning Wing Chun is a great way to help develop self-esteem and self-confidence. We encourage our students to use Wing Chun as a tool to better understand their own body and mind.
Our lessons are taught to help individuals develop and progress within the Wing Chun framework. This includes in-depth explanations and a step by step process through the Art. We teach forms, drills and applications.

Our instructor Mark started training Wing Chun in the mid 1990's. He has been fortunate to have privately trained under a student of the late Wong Shun Leung and has also trained under two of the original students of the infamous "Basement" school in London UK. He has had many years of experience training in other styles of Martial Arts, which has given him a richer insight into his Wing Chun.
